How do I restore my purchases?

Open the Store (tap the coin counter on the home screen) and press Restore purchases. This brings back the Ice Fisher's Kit on a new phone or after a reinstall. Coin packs are used up when bought, so they cannot be restored.

I bought something and did not get it

Open the game with a signal and wait a moment: an interrupted purchase is delivered the next time the game opens. If it still has not arrived, press Restore purchases, then contact us.

Can I play without a signal?

Yes, all of Ice Hole works offline. Without a signal you cannot watch rewarded ads or make purchases, so the "double" buttons offer a saved boost (watch ads while you have signal to save up to three) or one free camp gift a day. The Ice Fisher's Kit makes every "double" instant with no ad, with or without signal.

I want fewer ads, or none

Ads in Ice Hole are optional gifts, never in the middle of play. The Ice Fisher's Kit gives you every "double" reward without watching anything.

I lost my progress

Progress is saved on your device. The mobile app also keeps a private backup that survives the phone clearing its web cache. Uninstalling the app removes both. Contact us and we will try to help.
